MODULARIZATION

IES has extensive experience providing the design and construction of process plants using a modularized approach. Our experience includes:

• Process plant modules
• Machinery modules
• Pipe rack assemblies
• Skid-mounted units

This experience includes all aspects of modularization, from initial studies to determine which areas of a plant are most amenable to modularization, to contracting and supervising fabrication services, assuring delivery to the site (including logistics studies) and installation of the modules as part of the construction activities.

We have executed projects with over 1,200 modules, and have experience on modules as small as 1 ton up to mega-modules over 12,000 tons for offshore facilities.
