We have the expertise and experience to identify and manage both schedule and cost and to quickly identify any risks to your project. Our project managers understand the value of the client relationship and work to ensure communications are timely and meaningful for our project team members, our clients and all key stakeholders.
Monthly project reviews are held with an easy-to-digest, standard format that includes our HSE and progress statistics. We share the work planned for the coming weeks and months and highlight risks to the project’s schedule and costs, as well as critical procurement and subcontracts activity.
